This Billing Policy outlines how Riblai charges for subscriptions, renewals, and related paid services.
1. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to your selected plan.
2. Plan Pricing and Renewals
- Starter, Growth, and Professional plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- Enterprise pricing and renewal structure may follow a custom order form.
- Plan changes may update your next invoice amount.
We may update our pricing from time to time.
If a pricing change affects an active subscription, we will provide advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.
3. Payment Methods
You authorize Riblai to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees on each billing date.
4. Usage, Add-ons, and Overage Charges
Certain usage-based services, add-ons, or third-party messaging costs may be billed in addition to your plan subscription.
5. Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may limit account functionality until the outstanding balance is settled.
