This Cancellation Policy describes how you may cancel your Riblai subscription and what happens after cancellation.
1. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our billing team.
2. Plan Coverage
- Starter, Growth, and Professional plans can be canceled any time and remain active until the period end.
- Enterprise plans follow the signed commercial term and notice period unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. End of Billing Cycle
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
4. Access After Cancellation
You will retain access to paid features until your current billing period ends. After that, your account may move to a limited plan or be suspended.
5. Downgrades and Reactivation
If you downgrade instead of canceling, new limits apply from the next billing cycle. Reactivation may require selecting a new plan and accepting then-current pricing.
6. Data Retention
Following cancellation, data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and contractual terms.
