Riblai works with a carefully selected group of trusted third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to deliver, secure, and improve our platform.
These providers help us operate essential services such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, messaging, AI capabilities, analytics, monitoring, and payment processing.
We evaluate all subprocessors based on their security, reliability, privacy practices, and compliance commitments before they are authorized to process Customer Data.
What Is a Subprocessor?
A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes Customer Data on behalf of Riblai in order to provide or support our Services.
All subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data.
Current Subprocessors
AI Service Providers
Some AI-powered capabilities within Riblai rely on carefully selected AI infrastructure providers.
These providers process data only when Customers explicitly use AI-powered features, such as AI Customer Service, AI Workflow Automation, AI Content Generation, AI Business Intelligence, and AI Insights.
Customer content is processed only to provide the requested functionality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Infrastructure Providers
Infrastructure providers help us operate a secure, scalable, and reliable platform. Services may include cloud computing, object storage, networking, DNS, content delivery network (CDN), load balancing, backup and disaster recovery, and security monitoring.
Authentication Providers
Customers may choose to authenticate using supported identity providers, including Google, Microsoft, and email and password authentication. Additional providers may be added over time.
Messaging Providers
Riblai integrates with communication platforms to deliver omnichannel customer engagement. Depending on your workspace configuration, these providers may include WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messaging, email providers, and additional supported messaging channels. Each integration processes only the data necessary to provide the requested messaging functionality.
Payment Providers
When subscription payments are enabled, payment processing is handled by trusted payment providers. Riblai does not store complete payment card information on its own infrastructure.
Security and Compliance
All subprocessors are evaluated based on criteria including security practices, privacy commitments, reliability, availability, industry certifications (where applicable), and contractual data protection obligations.
We seek to work only with providers that maintain security standards appropriate for enterprise software services.
International Data Transfers
Some subprocessors may process data in countries other than the Customer's country of residence. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are implemented to support lawful international data transfers in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Changes to Subprocessors
As Riblai evolves, we may add or replace subprocessors to improve our Services. When required by applicable law or contractual obligations, Customers will be notified of material changes before they become effective. The latest version of this page always reflects our current list of authorized subprocessors.
